Guidon Federal exists to bring outstanding business development capability to small government contractors who would otherwise be forced to compete at a disadvantage. Our team brings deep experience inside the environments where government BD is actually shaped. That includes nearly a decade on active duty supporting intelligence missions, advising a major C5ISR program office, and years inside large vendors responsible for customer experience when delivery and trust matter. We’ve also held business development leadership roles in small government businesses where every pursuit has an opportunity cost. Across defense and federal civilian agencies, we’ve supported dozens of opportunities end-to-end and seen exactly where teams lose signal, lose time, and lose discipline. We also bring executive leadership experience running government contracting companies and advising federal vendors across product development, go-to-market, contract awards, post-award execution, and operational maturity. That combination is why we built a system, not another tool.
