Our Flag and Standard
Guidon Federal is a coaching and advisory firm dedicated to empowering small businesses to succeed in the federal contracting arena. We are not traditional consultants chasing contracts on your behalf. Instead, we focus on teaching, equipping, and guiding your team to develop the skills, processes, and confidence needed to win government work independently.
Our approach is built on clarity, structure, and sustainability. By combining proven business development practices with tailored coaching, we help you create a repeatable process that drives long-term growth. From foundational readiness to advanced capture strategies, Guidon Federal is committed to protecting your brand, sharpening your competitive edge, and ensuring you are prepared for every step of the government contracting journey.
Who We Are
Guidon Federal was founded to redefine how government contractors approach business development. We believe that BD should be a governed process, not a guessing game. Our mission is to bring order, efficiency, and measurable outcomes to a traditionally chaotic function.
Our Approach
We don’t chase contracts. We build systems that win them.
Our process combines federal BD best practices with AI-driven enablement: empowering teams to execute independently long after engagement ends.
Every strong system begins with a solid foundation. In this phase, we align an organization’s identity, goals, and capabilities to create a disciplined framework for growth. Guidon Federal evaluates the existing business development posture, defines roles and responsibilities, and establishes structured processes rooted in federal compliance and competitive best practices. The result is a clear operational baseline; a system that is measurable, repeatable, and ready to scale.
