This is early access with structure
The EAP is designed for teams who want to operationalize BD now, not someday. You’ll implement the GuidonOS workflows with training included, and your feedback helps shape what becomes standard in the product. This is not a generic beta list. It’s a working program with a clear scope and expectations.
What you get in the EAP
1
License
GuidonOS is licensed at the organization level, not per seat. That means your BD team, capture team, and leadership can operate from the same system without rationing access. Unlimited users keeps adoption simple and prevents the “only one person uses it” failure mode.
3
Workflows
You’re not getting a tool that does one narrow task. You’re getting the GuidonOS workflows that unify the lifecycle from Foundation through Market Analysis and Pipeline, into Capture and RFP. That continuity is what turns scattered BD activity into a system you can run and improve.
2
Training
Training is included for EAP participants so your team can run the workflows correctly from day one. We focus on practical execution, not theory: how to qualify work, capture evidence, and install a repeatable cadence. The goal is fast competence, so GuidonOS becomes a habit, not a project.
4
Cadence
GuidonOS is built to create a rhythm your team can actually maintain. You’ll have a repeatable weekly structure for reviewing opportunities, making bid decisions, and tracking what has to be true to win. The result is a pipeline you can trust, because it’s governed, not hoped for.
5
Feedback
EAP teams don’t just “try” GuidonOS, they help shape what becomes standard. Your feedback is captured against real workflows and real constraints, not hypothetical feature requests. If something is unclear, missing, or creating friction, we use that signal to tighten the system.
Where GuidonOS is today
Pricing
$12,000 one-time organization license
Unlimited users. Training included for EAP participants.
This license gives your whole organization access to GuidonOS during the EAP. You’re funding real product development while using the system in live operating conditions. In return, you get prioritized support, structured onboarding, and a direct feedback loop that shapes what becomes standard in the product.
What we expect from EAP teams
This works best when your team is ready to run a system, not just try a tool.
Clear Owner
Feedback
EAP participants help shape what becomes standard in GuidonOS. We’re looking for feedback grounded in real use: what felt unclear, what created friction, what you needed in the moment, and what would make the workflow tighter. The goal isn’t feature shopping. It’s refining the operating system so it holds up under real deadlines and real constraints.
Review
GuidonOS delivers value through consistency, not intensity. We expect a predictable weekly review where opportunities are qualified, decisions are made, and next actions are assigned without reopening the same debates. This rhythm is how the pipeline becomes real and how leadership stays aligned. Without it, BD drifts back into reactive work and last-minute pushes.
FAQ
What exactly is the Early Access Program?
The EAP is a structured early access cohort implementing GuidonOS while it’s in Alpha and moving into Beta. It’s designed for teams who want to operationalize BD now and are willing to run a cadence, not just “try a tool.” You get access, training, and a direct feedback loop that shapes what becomes standard in the product. GuidonOS solves that by turning BD into an operating system: defined workflows, decision gates, and a repeatable cadence. It reduces thrash, makes the pipeline real, and gives leadership a way to steer the business based on evidence instead of optimism or urgency.
What do we actually get with the $12,000 license?
You get a one-time, organization-level license to GuidonOS for the EAP period. It includes unlimited users so BD, capture, proposals, and leadership can operate in the same system without seat limits. Training is included for EAP participants so your team can implement the workflows correctly and get value quickly.
Is this per user, per team, or organization-wide?
Organization-wide. The license is not tied to individual seats, and there is no user cap for EAP participants. We do this because adoption fails when access is rationed and only one person “owns the tool.”
Why are you charging while it’s still in Alpha?
Because the EAP is not a free beta list. It’s a paid, working program that funds development while participants implement GuidonOS in real operating conditions. That funding supports ongoing buildout, iteration, and the infrastructure costs that come with running the system. The trade is simple: you get early access with training and influence on what becomes standard, and we get the signal and support to mature the product quickly.
What does training include?
Training is focused on operational use, not theory. We cover how to run the workflows, how to install qualification gates, how to capture and reuse evidence, and how to maintain a weekly review rhythm. The goal is that your team can run the system consistently without relying on heroics or a single power user.
What happens after Beta and full release?
EAP participants continue with the one-time license terms for the EAP period, and we’ll communicate post-program renewal terms after the program as we finalize ongoing cloud and usage costs. The intent is to keep the EAP clean and simple while we validate what should be standard going forward. You won’t be surprised by hidden terms mid-program. GuidonOS is different because it is designed as an operating system, not another tool. That means: Workflow-first, not feature-first. GuidonOS is organized around the actual lifecycle of BD work, using named workflows (Foundation, Market Analysis, Pipeline, RFI, Capture, RFP, Relationships, Marketing) so the team knows what “good” looks like at each stage, not just where to click. Governance built in. We focus on gates, evidence requirements, and decision checkpoints so you can consistently answer “why are we pursuing this” and “what has to be true to win” before you spend effort. Evidence becomes reusable. Instead of every pursuit starting from scratch, GuidonOS centers on building and reusing a shared foundation and a structured record of what works, so quality improves over time instead of resetting every bid. If you’re looking for a shortcut, a magic button, or something that replaces judgment, GuidonOS won’t be a fit. If you want BD to run with discipline, consistency, and repeatability, that’s exactly what it’s built to do.
